Not all mobile devices automatically update their apps to the latest version. And we've noticed a few people are still using very old versions of our mobile app.
Over the next several weeks, old versions of our mobile app will stop being supported. Please check your app store (the App Store for iPhones and iPads or Google Play for Android) and make sure you've got the latest version of our ClickTime Mobile app (version 1.2.242).
