To our Customers, Vendors, and Partners:
We recognize that ClickTime is part of the “Remote Work Operating System” enabling your employees to remain productive, connected, and accountable no matter where or when they work. This is especially important with the massive shift to remote work resulting from Covid-19.
As of this writing, we estimate that 70% of our customers have shifted some or all employees to work-from-home status.
What’s ClickTime Doing?
Support: Our technical staff remains on-call 24/7 for any system issues. We’ve made preparations for unexpected system demand as remote-work becomes the norm. We also have new extended support hours from 5am to 5pm Pacific time for at least the next three weeks.
Staffing: At present, our staffing levels haven’t been affected by the current pandemic. In keeping with the recommendations of public health officials, we have asked most of our team to work remotely. This is not new for us -- much of the ClickTime staff is distributed across the United States (plus a handful overseas). We are well-equipped to do this indefinitely.
Billing: We appreciate that the Covid-19 pandemic may have a serious impact on some of our customers’ businesses. We will be as flexible as possible in allowing customers to continue to utilize ClickTime, and we ask that customers with a hardship contact us directly: support@clicktime.com.
Product: We will keep rolling out new features and fixes, but we’re accelerating product releases that enable customers to adapt to increased work-from-home functions and requirements.
Reports: ClickTime has reports that will help you determine unallocated staff, measure utilization rates, monitor time-off taken, and identify incomplete timesheets. If you need assistance finding the reports you need, contact our Customer Success team at support@clicktime.com for assistance.
Tracking COVID-19 Time Off: To help you fully understand the impact that the COVID-19 virus has on your team and business, we are compiling suggestions you can implement quickly. Government legislation (in the US) will likely be offering forms of employer compensation for time lost to the illness. A blog post will appear shortly with further details.
Dependability: This isn’t our first rodeo -- in 21 years of continuous SaaS operation we’ve seen a lot -- deep recessions, natural disasters, you name it. We’ll still be here when this is over.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Everyone at ClickTime is ready to help you be successful during unpredictable times.
