Introducing the New Timesheet Review
We're constantly building new tools to help businesses track time and improve productivity.
But we're also focused on improving existing features to make our customer's lives easier. That's what the new Timesheet Review is all about.
Today we would like to introduce you to the new Timesheet Review. Timesheet Review is one of ClickTime's most heavily-trafficked pages, and we put significant effort into improving the design, simplifying the user experience and modernizing the code base.
New Page Highlights
- Improved Navigation
- Accessing Timesheet Review via the Timesheets link on the Company tab now takes you directly to the timesheet review page
- Timesheet Override has been moved to its own, easily accessible, page
- The Incomplete Timesheet Report can now be accessed via the Reports section under People
- Increased Visibility into the Approval Process
- The new approver column allows you to see and group by timesheet approvers, granting further visibility into the approval process
- Approving on someone else's behalf will trigger both an additional confirmation as well as a notification to the designated approver
- Faster Access to the Data You Need
- The default view for Timesheet Review is "timesheets waiting for approval."
This immediately provides you with information that you need to act on - All the filters from the prior Timesheet Review landing page and more options have been moved to the left side of the page, which you can conveniently collapse and expand
