New Feature: Budget Alerts for Resource Planning

Here at ClickTime, we’re very excited to announce Budget Alerts, our newest feature within Resource Planning. Budget Alerts allow you to set and receive personalized notifications pertaining to the status of your project’s budget.

With today’s work-from-home environment, it’s become increasingly important to maintain project visibility.

Budget Alerts

Budget Alerts help you stay on top of the changing status of your projects by ensuring that you are notified whenever your project reaches a critical milestone.

monthly budget alerts

All you have to do is set the percentage of your project’s monthly or lifetime budget that you would like to be notified at. When your project has reached the point asked to be alerted at you will receive an email alert, from which you can navigate directly to the Resource Planning grid to make any necessary changes to your project’s budget and allocations.
