New Report: Employee Performance Dashboard

ClickTime has recently released a dynamic new Employee Performance report, which will allow you to see a list of projects each employee is working on, and metrics around hours, billings, profitability, utilization, and more. We visualize this month over month based on the time frame you specify.

Our hope is that we can help you:

• Use real, quantifiable data to add rigor to quarterly or annual performance reviews
• Measure billable hours by employee — over any period of time
• Gain visibility into where employees are spending their time
• Identify who were your most or least profitable employees

This report is now visible as a new column within the People List View in your company tab. If you do not have access to this report but would like, please contact your ClickTime administrator to revisit your managerial permissions.
