Every time an employee's location tracker indicates they are away from their desk for too long (interval choices: 10 seconds or 1 second), they'll receive a gentle "buzz" on their wrist. In addition, if a manager identifies a distracted employee, they can send a literal slap on the wrist (from 5 to 10 milliamps), "jolting" them back to attention and letting them know they should get back to work.
