Before ClickTime, Van Chang, Director of Finance at COPE Health Solutions and her team used Microsoft Access and Excel to track employee time. Between issues with deleted data, exporting files, and manually creating and recreating formulas on large spreadsheets, tracking time was a major strain on the business. COPE also uses Resource Planning to measure employee performance and understand employee utilization over time. This data enables the team to hold more effective employee reviews, driven by data, rather than speculation or perception.
