New Features: Resource Planning, Time Off Calendar, and Company Holiday Lists

We're excited to announce three new features to help make it easier to manage employee time — both in the office and on vacation.

Time Off Calendar

Whether you use Outlook, Google, or iCal, you can use our new calendar feed to sync your employee’s approved time off with your office calendar. You’ll now have full visibility into your team’s vacation schedule.

Company Holiday Lists

We’ve made it much easier to add holiday time off to employee timesheets. You can choose from a pre-set holiday list for your country or region, and add a whole year’s worth of company holidays to your employees’ timesheets with just a few clicks.

Resource Planning Reports

We’ve built new resource planning reports to help you better manage employee hours and project performance.

Resource Planning customers now have access to four new reports that:

  • Show how completely employee time is allocated by role
  • Measure hours worked per project per month
  • Highlight which projects are over or under-worked each month
  • Offer insights into month-over-month trends
